After a 3-game sweep of Xavier, Clemson Baseball continues dishing out punishment with Presbyterian as their latest victim. Cam Cannarella takes the first pitch from Sean Hollister, of Presbyterian, out of the ballpark with a solo shot home run, taking an early 1-0 lead. Cannarella is now up to 13 consecutive games with a hit, an incredible feat, and can continue that streak, in Clemson’s 3-game matchup against Kennesaw St.
Jarren Purify, his first at-bat as a Clemson Tiger, jacks a Grand Slam to make it three (3) on the season for the Tigers. At this rate, they may either match their school record of nine (9) grand slams in the year or easily surpass the mark, setting a new, record.
