Clemson vs. Boston College: This is not a fun article to write but the facts are you can’t win them all. The Final 54-62 Boston College wins in a surprise victory. A bad loss, but the season is not over! Next is Miami! Try to stay positive tiger fans.
The Tigers (18-5, 10-2) had a double-digit lead in the first half but fell behind before the break shooting only 20%, and never could catch up. Boston College improves to (11-12, 4-2). Hunter Tyson led the Tigers with 22 Points and 8 Rebounds while Makai Ashton-Langford led Boston College with 15 points and 1 rebound.
It’s best to look ahead and learn from mistakes. We can learn more from a loss than a win. And this was Clemson’s only loss for the second time in 12 games.
Clemson will host Miami at Littlejohn at 3 pm Saturday, February 4th. That matchup of two top 25 teams results in the game being sold out. That’s an excellent sign in spite of tonight’s loss. Clemson is still on a run of a special season and any team can have an “off” night. We need to learn from this and make improvements if we are to be a serious contender for the big dance and I believe we will! The best is yet to come!
